Guidelines for social impact communication is support instruments to help employees or volunteers in youth organisations or social enterprises to communicate their social impact in an understandable, inexpensive way. The guidelines will help to understand, how to organise internal and external communication, how to choose the communication message and how to develop the communication strategy after you have done the situation, audience and programme’s analysis. The goal of social impact communication is to increase and scale the positive social and environmental impact.

This guidelines was prepared by the second phase of the Project “BALTIC : YOUTH : IMPACT” jointly implemented by five partner organisations from the Baltic States.
